Operationalise your charity's mission and vision through serving leadership principles and practical tools, determine the optimal financial resources required and risks to mitigate in your strategy, and convey performance to key stakeholders through effective use of dashboards.

Develop Your
Fundraising Mastery
Build a robust, forward-looking fundraising plan that fully leverages government grants, adopt a methodological approach towards online fundraising to increase online donations, and build social media-driven relationships with your audiences through Facebook and Instagram.

SERIES #3
Champion
Financial Governance
Apply full cost recovery and fund accounting practices for cost efficiency, prepare budgets and manage cash flow realistically to weather unexpected changes, and develop comprehensive annual reports that convey the social impact and financial health of your charity.
DEVELOPMENT SERIES DETAILS
To maintain our high standards of training and ensure an optimal trainee-trainer ratio, the development series is limited to a fixed number of organisations:

Master Your Mission, Maximise Your Budget: 2 organisations; recommended 6 members from senior team per organisation

Develop Your Fundraising Mastery: 5 organisations; recommended 4 members from fundraising team per organisation

Champion Financial Governance: 2 organisations; recommended 6 members from senior team per organisation
The development series fees are as follow:

Master Your Mission, Maximise Your Budget: S$9,607 (Fee before funding: S$25,800)

Develop Your Fundraising Mastery: S$4,822 (Fee before funding: S$12,400)

Champion Financial Governance: S$9,075 (Fee before funding: S$27,000)
*All fees stated are after 80% VCF funding, based on recommended number of members to send for each development series
