In the Resilience Leaders Program, we will share practical guide for leaders on resilience. This will help Leaders to build a culture of resilience, such that people continue to thrive while preparing for, responding to and learning from periods of change and pressure.
In these virtual small group sessions, drawing on the best of sports science, neurobiology, psychology, and emotional intelligence, you will explore the practical tips and highroad leading to Building Resilience and Agility for self and for teams.
During the session, you will get a chance to uncover who you are and what you do, revealing your strengths and areas for development. The facilitator will draw on resilience integral practices that are very concrete and actionable to build your capacity. You will unlock the resources of your body, heart, mind and spirit, and build practical resilience competencies to live and work productively.
