ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

It seems that the pace of life, and its stresses, have spiralled out of control. There never seems to be enough time to deal with all the directions in which we are pulled. This easily can lead to mental exhaustion or emotional strain. Continual change, increasing demands and the pace of work is common in the workplace today. Regardless, resilient leaders who find ways to to cultivate steadiness, vitality, emotional agility and positive minds have a significant advantage over those who do not practice resilience. Are you able to able to grow, adapt and support others during this challenging times?

In the Resilience Leaders Program, we will share practical guide for leaders on resilience. This will help Leaders to build a culture of resilience, such that people continue to thrive while preparing for, responding to and learning from periods of change and pressure.
In these virtual small group sessions, drawing on the best of sports science, neurobiology, psychology, and emotional intelligence, you will explore the practical tips and highroad leading to Building Resilience and Agility for self and for teams.
During the session, you will get a chance to uncover who you are and what you do, revealing your strengths and areas for development. The facilitator will draw on resilience integral practices that are very concrete and actionable to build your capacity. You will unlock the resources of your body, heart, mind and spirit, and build practical resilience competencies to live and work productively.

The program is divided into key elements to take you forward in you journey to be a resilience leader. Total program is to support you for 3 months development journey. The structure is followed in 5 Key steps:

 

 

 

Post Diagnostic
At the end of 60 days you will get another diagnostic
Peer Coaching session (over 1 Day x e.g., 4 agencies forming a max class of 16)
You will be divided in small agency groups for peer coaching session deep diving on your individual results
E-Learning/Videos
Access to Resilience App to discover 40+ micro learning skills to keep continuing growing your resilience muscles
2 Virtual Sessions (3.5 hrs)
In a small group you will discuss the 4 elements of growth towards your resilience including Bounce, Connect, Agility and Purpose

ABOUT THE RESILIENCE DIAGNOSTICS

The Resilience Diagnostics provides comprehensive insights into the wellbeing, resilience and effectiveness of your people. The assessment takes less than 8 minutes to complete and provides each participant with a personalised result, based on 60 factors that determine resilience, including:

  • mental health and ability to bounce

  • staying calm and managing stress

  • well-being and vitality, including sleep, nutrition and exercise

  • emotional intelligence including self-awareness, empathy and positivity

  • focus, influence, agility and decisiveness

  • purpose, trust and flow

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Managers and above who would like to develop skills in leading resilience in their SSAs.

Teams of 3-4 are encouraged.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Dr Rinkoo Ghosh is a senior consultant, facilitator and coach on building resilience, emotional agility and empathy. She is passionate about supporting individuals and leaders in organisations to optimise stress and achieve performance. Rinkoo is currently an Accredited Facilitator with The Resilience Institute, SE Asia. She combines empathy, resilience, EQ frameworks to support individuals and leaders in organisations to optimise stress and achieve performance.

Before joining The Resilience Institute, Rinkoo worked for the Singapore Public Service for 26 years as a Principal Consultant and Learning Strategist/Specialist. She offers varied learning interventions and solutions for public sector agencies (ministries & statutory boards) and the social sector and private sector. She has trained 5000 public sector staff/senior managers (both local and international) such as HDB, AIC, SLA, MOM, MSF, MHA(Home Team Academy), JTC, NUS, Sentosa Development Corporation and many others. She has also conducted learning and performance consulting projects for Ghana, Macau, Mauritius and Thailand. In addition, Rinkoo has delivered several Resilience and Empathy keynotes and virtual/ face to face workshops for the public sector and social sector agencies.

 

Rinkoo is accredited in Learning Organisation & Change Management and holds a Graduate Diploma in Learning & Development with the Civil Service College/Public Service Division. She is also a Specialist Adult Educator (SAE) with the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL-SUSS) and versed in oral/written communications.

 

Rinkoo holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from UNSW Australia. She also holds a Bachelors in Journalism from Australia and a Master in Mass Communications from Oklahoma State, USA.

 

Rinkoo believes in social work and in helping others to live a graceful life. She has been the sole caregiver to her parents last 12 years and serves in voluntary organisations such as the Singapore Sree Narayana Mission (SNM) and Caregiver Alliance, Singapore. She delivers voluntary training for both organisations and has an active voice in the HR policy-making of the SNM.
